This Web-based, self-directed course uses case-based scenarios and interactive lessons to teach students the content of the Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers course. A convenient alternative for BLS training, this online course allows students to train at their own pace and on their own schedule. This course is based on the 2010 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

Delivering Verified CPR Competence
HeartCode Complete is a self-directed, comprehensive program that uses adaptive online learning and hands-on activities at a Simulation Station to verify resuscitation knowledge and skills.
• Adaptive eLearning — cognitive portion, featuring a True Adaptive™ learning experience, provides students with the ability to learn, apply, and validate their clinical knowledge via eLearning and scenario-based assessment activities.
• Self-directed Skills — The hands-on activities at the Simulation Station standardizes skills assessments and allows students to complete these activities in a self-directed manner featuring real-time, directive, audiovisual feedback.
• Course Completion — Successful completion of both the eLearning course and self-directed skills session at a simulation station is required to receive an AHA course completion eCard, valid for two years.
• Learning platform — course content can be delivered through RQI 1Stop® or the customer’s existing LMS.
