American Heart Association (AHA) eLearning
 VIRTUAL TRAININGS

The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartcode CPR Virtual is one of AHA’s blended learning delivery methods for the CPR course. CPR Virtual allows students to control their learning environment. Complete virtual hands-on skills with a live instructor, 100% online. This is a convenient alternative for CPR training as this course allows students to train at their own pace, on their own schedule, in their own homes. This course is based on the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

Providers must complete the online portion of the AHA HeartCode (Step 1) and then complete a hands-on skills session at home with one of Healthforce USA AHA Instructors on zoom (Step 2). All training equipment and online courses are provided and included in the cost, and students will receive an American Heart Association CPR eCard at the completion of the course. Students can be located anywhere within the United States (we do not ship equipment internationally). All training equipment is shipped directly to you, we do not allow for in person pickup.

Heartsaver CPR is designed for non-healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills and first aid in a wide variety of settings. BLS is designed for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform basic cardiovascular life support skills and provide proper ventilation both in hospital and pre-hospital settings.

Upon completion of this course (online course + zoom session with a live instructor), students will receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR eCard Completion Card that is valid for two years. During the course, an AHA Instructor conducts video-based lessons and works with students to complete their CPR and AED skills practice and testing. The AHA eCard issued for this course is the same exact eCard issued for in person courses.

Important: This CPR virtual training takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, and could be longer if there are any shipping delays of your training kit. If you are in a rush or if your current certification is expiring soon, this virtual training option might not be for you. We suggest taking an in person class instead. Healthforce USA offers in person courses in our various locations. Please check out our locations
