Q. Do I get certified by the American Heart Association?
Yes, all courses taught are the American Heart Association curriculum; CPR certifications are good for 2 years and are issued by the American Heart Association. Healthforce Training Center is an authorized training site for CPR and ECC Courses of the American Heart Association Training Center and falls under their internal accreditation programs. Healthforce Training Center Number is NJ20857. All information can be verified by calling the American Heart Association National Center at 1-877-AHA-4CPR or 1-888-CPR-LINE

Q. How can I verify if you are an Authorized Provider of CPR and ECC of the American Heart Association?
A. To verify us with the American Heart Association you can call the AHA National Service Center at 1-877-AHA-4CPR or 1-888-CPR-LINE. Provide them with the AHA Class ID & the AHA Training Site ID (Listed on the Course Registration of each class date on our calendar) and they can verify the class as an approved AHA CPR Class. Our affiliate American Heart Association Training Center ID is NJ20857.

Q. How soon will I get my CPR Card?
A. All certifications are issued immediately at the completion of the class, Same Day Certification.

Q. What Payments do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks. It is advisable that you pay for your class in full upon reservation, as this will confirm your seat. No successful payment will confirm the reservation of your seat.  If you pay on the day of class, availability will be on a first come first serve basis. Without a confirmed payment, your seat reservation may be canceled.

Q. If I take an Online course, how does that work?
A. All Online courses MUST be taken via the American Heart Association Online Portal, (http://www.onlineaha.org). Once you take the online class, the AHA will present you with a certificate with a serial number/proof of completing the online course. Then you must meet with us to practice your skills in person on the manikins and equipment, followed by a skills test. Once you complete your skills test, Certification will be issued by the American Heart Association.

Q. Why are other websites so cheap, what's the catch with those ALL online CPR/ACLS/PALS cards?
A. Please be very careful and look out for fake CPR/ACLS/PALS classes, especially the online versions that advertise instant certification. The American Heart Association DOES NOT give instant cards online. HealthForce Training Center is an accredited American Heart Association training site, but some places are not accredited or do not teach the American Heart Association courses. Our classes are required for Nurses, Doctors, Paramedics, Nursing Students, Lifeguards, and EMTs to meet specific guidelines set by the AHA. Our prices are very competitive and lower than most.

Q. Why don't you offer an "instant" certification card online?
A. American Heart Association does not offer instant CPR cards or wallet cards online. The American Heart Association does not give instant certification cards, because skill testing in person is the only way to ensure that you are actually able to perform it. Websites will present misleading information that they, "teach to the standards of the American Heart Association", but do not issue you an American Heart Association Certification. HealthForce is an authorized provider for the American Heart Association.

Please take caution that the AHA will NOT offer “instant” CPR cards. If you need an AHA card but is offered an “instant” one, please check the validity of the provider and the card before you purchase it.
